To Delete your Account
Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account. To delete your account and all of your data, please follow the steps below:
​If your subscription is active:

Log into KeepTrackMed with your email and password

Click on "Settings" in the bottom grey menu bar

Click on "Subscription & Delete Account" in the menu options

Click the "Manage Subscription" button and cancel your payment through your payment provider

Scroll down to the section titled "Delete your Account" in orange

Click the "Delete My Account" button

Confirm that "Yes" you do want your account to be deleted

Provide your password, and click "Submit"

If your subscription is not active:
-
Open KeepTrackMed App
-
Scroll to the bottom of the page

Click the link to Delete your account
-
Confirm that "Yes" you do want your account to be deleted

Provide your password, and click "Submit"

All of your data and your account will be deleted, and you will no longer receive any emails from KeepTrackMed if you were subscribed to emails. Note: Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
