We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we’ve been busy rolling out some new features that will make it easier than ever to keep your family’s health information organized, secure, and at your fingertips.

Many of you asked for annual options, and we’re excited to introduce our new PRO and LITE annual plans.

PRO Plan

The PRO Plan gives you full access to every tool in the app, helping you track and manage your family’s health with complete clarity. You can log everything from symptoms and tests to appointments and skin issues so you’re always prepared for check ups, follow-ups, or emergencies. PRO includes powerful tools like attachments and a new timeline view, making it easy to keep everything in one secure place. Spend less time searching and more time feeling confident and ready.

LITE Plan

The LITE Plan is designed to make health tracking simple, stress free, and organized. It helps you keep track of the information you’re most often asked for at appointments and on medical forms, without relying on memory. Whether it’s allergies, injuries, conditions, past operations, or family history, you’ll have it all stored in one clear, accessible space for every member of your household. With reminders, notifications, and a single spot to save key health contacts, the LITE Plan ensures nothing important is ever forgotten. It’s the essentials made clear and convenient.

✨ Powerful New Features for PRO Users

With the PRO Plan, you will get access to some exciting new tools:

New: Practice Log

The Practice Log shows you every interaction you’ve added for all your profiles with a specific practice, giving you a complete view of your family’s history with that practice. You can quickly look back at previous interactions with that practice including appointments, tests, conditions diagnosed, operations, prescriptions, and vaccinations, making it easier to prepare for upcoming visits and follow up on past care. It helps you keep track of what was done and when, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

New: Practitioner Log

The Practitioner Log brings together everything added for your family with a specific practitioner. It gives you a complete history of your family’s care with each practitioner in one place. This makes it easy to review what’s been done, prepare for upcoming visits, follow up on past treatments, and share accurate information when needed. It’s a simple way to keep your records clear, connected, and ready.

New: Recent Events by Person

The Recent Events feature gives you a clear timeline view of past records added for one profile. It’s incredibly useful for spotting patterns, understanding the sequence of symptoms or treatments, and pulling together key details for doctor appointments. Whether you’re reviewing a recent illness, tracking recovery progress, or preparing for a specialist visit, Recent Events helps you see the full picture at a glance so you can share accurate information and make more informed decisions about care.

New: Upcoming by Person

We’ve added a new way to stay on top of what’s ahead for each member of your household. The Upcoming view will bring together all future appointments, tests, and reminders for a single profile, giving you a focused snapshot of what’s coming up for that person. It’s perfect for making sure nothing is missed, planning schedules more easily, and preparing for appointments in advance.

✅ How to Change your Plan

We’re excited to bring you these new options and upgrades to make managing your family’s health simpler and more powerful. If you’re currently on a ME, WE, or US plan, you can stay on your existing plan without any changes. However, the new features above are only available on a PRO Plan.

To upgrade your plan, go to Settings, then Subscription & Delete Account. If you are on the free plan, you will land on the Plans screen with information on that page to help you choose your new plan as we are no longer offering the free plan. The LITE Plan is taking its place, and comes with more features and benefits than were previously available.

These screens have been refreshed to make logging and reviewing information smoother and more intuitive.

Smarter ‘Name’ Field Entry

We’ve added more information to the ‘Name’ fields on most pages, making it faster and easier to add accurate details.

We’ve added more help fields and refreshed our guidance throughout the app, making it easier to understand what to enter and where. Whether you’re adding new information or exploring features, clear explanations are now built-in in more places to support you every step of the way.
