We have all done it, you wake up thinking “ have I done ‘x’ ? ” or “ did I remember to take a note of ‘y’ to tell the doctor? " If you have kids and/or pets, there is always too much to remember. Not only that, but at appointments and at school/clubs they usually ask for allergy information, vaccination dates, conditions, doctor’s information, and so much more. Where do you store all this information? And it's hard to remember which child is due at the dentist or optometrist, or when you were supposed to book their next appointment for a follow up? It can be stressful, and we all know stress is not good for your sleep or health.
But did you know that having your information organized can have multiple benefits for your health?
You can reduce your stress by having all your information in one location. This reduces your feelings of being overwhelmed, and can give you a calmer state of mind.
You can improve your sleep by knowing you won’t forget details as they are all recorded, and you can be confident that reminders won’t let you forget anything.
You can increase your productivity with a well-organized system, so you don’t have to spend time searching multiple locations for information.
And, you can also increase your confidence by having a system in place, allowing you to experience a sense of control and accomplishment.
Being organized can have profound effects on your health and well-being, and can contribute to a healthier and happier life. Isn't it time you got started?
This so true. At the most stressful time of my life I get more upset and upset with finding the right information and words. It’s so true that I lose sleep and fallout from my lack of organisation.
