Hospitalizations are now trackable in KeepTrackMed!

Hospital stays can feel overwhelming, especially when there is a lot happening at once. This update is designed to bring everything together so you have a clear, simple record right when you need it.

Now you can:

• Log hospital admission and discharge dates,

• Add what the hospital visit was for,

• Keep track of tests, and medications during the stay,

• Attach discharge summaries, scans, and any important documents.

Instead of scattered paperwork and trying to remember details later, you can keep everything organised in one secure place. It is a simple way to stay on top of care, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment.

The new Hospitalizations feature is another improvement inspired directly by feedback from KeepTrackMed users. We are constantly looking for ways to make it easier for individuals and families to keep all their important health information organised in one place.
